After his high school graduation in Lausanne Stephane de Weck, as part of his humanitarian Mission in Lebanon, studied for one year History and Religion of the Middle East at the University Saint-Joseph in Beirut. Following this he studied at the EPFL and received his Bachelor in Architecture. During that time he interned at the architecture studio Mestellan & Gachet in Lausanne. Later he also worked as an intern on competition projects for Group8 in Geneva (Chêne-Bourg, mixed-use program within the CEVA station, 1st Prize). Additionally, he worked independently on various projects. Since 2015 he worked as an intern in the Chair of Architecture and Digital Fabrication (Prof. Fabio Gramazio, Prof. Matthias Kohler) at the ETH Zurich.
