Taha Bouizargan is a civil engineer, architect and trained computational designer working at the intersection between acoustics, architecture and digital fabrication. He is currently a PhD researcher at Gramazio Kohler Research at ETH Zurich, in collaboration with the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK), investigating acoustic models, virtual reality and its integration to architectural design workflows.
He graduated from the National Institute of Applied Sciences of Lyon (France) and from Paris-Malaquais School of Architecture (France), where he obtained his Master's in Architecture with honors. After graduating, Taha worked on large-scale concrete 3D Printing at XtreeE as a computational designer, developing new building systems adapted to additive manufacturing technology. |
